I haven't received my download. Where are my files?
Your files are ready right after checkout. First, check your inbox and your spam or promotions folder for the delivery email with your download link. You can also get them without that email: open your order confirmation, click "View your order", and use the download button on your order page.
Which software do the profiles work with?
They are .xmp profiles made for Adobe's photo apps. They work in Lightroom Classic, in Lightroom (the cloud version, which also syncs to Lightroom Mobile), and in Camera Raw in Photoshop. They are not made for video editors like DaVinci Resolve. Capture One support is planned but not available yet.
I installed the profiles but can't find them in Lightroom.
The profiles don't show up in the Presets panel. They live in the Profile Browser: in the Develop module, click the small grid icon at the top of the Basic panel, and look for "Analog Vision Studio V2". If they still don't appear, restart Lightroom and check again.
