Refund policy

This page applies to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who places an order for purposes that are mainly outside their trade, business or profession. In the statutory texts below, "we" and "us" mean Sebastian Koch, trading as Lumenary Vision.

Instructions on withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lumenary Vision, Sebastian Koch, Grewenbrink 3A, 33619 Bielefeld, Germany, phone: Show phone number, email: sebastian@lumenaryvision.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at lumenaryvision.com/pages/withdraw-from-contract. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

When the right of withdrawal ends early

All products in this shop are digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. For this kind of contract, the right of withdrawal ends before the 14 days are over once all of the following has happened:

I have begun to perform the contract, which means I have made the download available to you,
you have expressly agreed that I begin performance before the withdrawal period expires,
you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal through this agreement once performance begins, and
I have sent you a confirmation of the contract that records your agreement and your acknowledgement.

You give this agreement and acknowledgement with a separate checkbox in the cart before you go to checkout. Because the download is made available immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal normally ends at that moment.

If something does not work

Your statutory warranty rights stay untouched by everything above. If a file is damaged, a download fails or a product does not work as described, write to sebastian@lumenaryvision.com with your order number. I will fix the problem, replace the file or refund the purchase as the law provides. Double charges and other payment errors are refunded in full.

Business customers

If you order as a business customer, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
