Digital Products – No Returns / No Refunds Policy
Scope
This policy applies to all digital products sold by Lumenary Vision (e.g., downloads, templates, profiles, software keys, access to digital content).
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are digital and made available immediately after purchase, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once access to the digital content has been provided or the download has begun.
EU/EEA/UK Consumers – Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing a digital product, you:

expressly request that we begin fulfilling the contract immediately; and

acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) once the download or streaming/access begins.
Exceptions (where we will help)
We’ll repair, replace, or refund only in these limited cases:

Technical failure on our side preventing access or download, after you’ve followed our troubleshooting steps.

Corrupted or defective file that we cannot promptly replace.

Duplicate charge or other billing error.

Fraud/unauthorized transaction on your payment method.

Any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.
How to Report an Issue
Contact us within 14 days of purchase at sebastian@lumenaryvision.com

order number, purchase email, and product name;

a brief description of the issue;

relevant screenshots or error messages.
We may provide an updated file, alternative download link, or—if we cannot remedy—the appropriate refund as per the exceptions above.
Delivery of Digital Products
Delivery is complete when we provide the download link even if you delay or fail to download/access the product.
